Chemere Ellis, who serves as Chair of the George Edgecomb Bar Association’s (GEBA) Law School Committee, attended Stetson Law’s Community Connection Reception on February 1, 2023. At the Reception, Chemere proudly represented GEBA and its mission of amplifying diverse voices, upholding the honor and integrity of the legal professional, and providing its members with resources that will help them to excel professionally.  Chemere networked with law students, provided resources for them to connect with minority members of the legal community, and imparted her understanding that leadership and service are the cornerstone of a lawyer’s professional identify.
