Tampa, FL — Chemere Ellis has graduated from the Hillsborough County Bar Association  (“HCBA”) 2022-2023 Leadership Institute. The 2022-2023 Leadership Institute consisted of an elite group of attorneys who all exhibit the potential to develop into HCBA and Tampa Bay community leaders.  Participants attended seven different learning modules, which introduced them to leaders from major Tampa Bay stakeholders, such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa General Hospital.  The Leadership Institute culminated with the completion of a community service project with Mary Lee’s House, which was chosen, managed, and completed by Leadership participants. This training enables participants to develop the skills, knowledge, and relationships to emerge as the leaders they are.

Chemere focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial and securities litigation, criminal defense, and regulatory enforcement.  Chemere has first-chaired dozens of jury trials and has served in the supervisory role of Lead Trial Attorney in the county courts of Pinellas County.
